You agree to use our services solely for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Engage in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activity using our services.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Disrupt or negatively affect other users’ access or use of our services.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, updated, and complete information related to the scope of work.

• Respond to inquiries and requests for clarification promptly.

• Cooperate with our team to ensure the smooth execution of services.

• Pay all service fees according to the agreed terms.

• All payments are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

• Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

• Mabrox reserves the right to charge late fees or collection costs if necessary.

• Any additional services outside the original agreement will be billed separately.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and business information. All confidential information shared with Mabrox Outsourcing Solutions will be safeguarded and not disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

We also comply with data protection laws applicable in the jurisdictions we operate in, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

All materials, content, and data provided by the client remain their intellectual property. Any tools, templates, or proprietary methods used or developed by Mabrox during the execution of services remain the intellectual property of Mabrox Outsourcing Solutions, unless otherwise agreed.

Mabrox Outsourcing Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

• Damages resulting from the client’s misuse of our services

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Mabrox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client breaches any provision of these Terms.

• Payments are overdue.

• There is misuse or abuse of our services.

Clients may also terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the termination terms specified in the contract.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
